In Canada I have been working with a couple of CCIEs who are looking for a chance to return to the Gulf Region. They hold dual citizenship in Canada and their home countries. Both are CCIEs and one is a PMP as well. They both possess IPT, R/S, and security skills and are immediately available for interview and to hire.
I have multiple CCIEs and several CCIE Written candidates eligible for TN-1 visas from Canada. In most cases they are routing and switching network engineers, but a few are security and unified communications experts. The TN-1 visa process is fairly simple and can be renewed yearly allowing the candidate to remain in the employ of a channel partner for years. These candidates would be interested in being sponsored for green card and citizenship over time.
Strong R/S CCIE with years of enterprise experience and large network projects. CCIE number is available with no ties to a channel partner at this time. This CCIE has exceptional communications skills and project management expertise.
Several male and female CCIEs are available from my network for roles in Unified communications projects, security design and engineering and core routing and switching technologies. These CCIEs have various levels of experience from entry to senior with backgrounds that include various industry enterprises. For a better idea of these resources we should discuss the channel partner’s needs.
There is no shortage of skilled CCIEs available in this region of the US. I have in my network a lot of strong candidates who are available from non-channel partners. These individuals are coming from industries down-sizing at this time and want to start working for channel partners.
Several local CCIEs are on the market in the Greater Dallas/Ft Worth area. These CCIEs are experienced telecom professionals and eager to join a Cisco Channel Partner as a strategic career move. Certifications include S/P, R/S, Voice and Security. Ideal targeted partners will have retention and training strategies.
