CCIE Flyer Readers

Beautiful! Bright idea! And so happy to find out Monica is still in the top of women at Cisco and the top of your friends.
I could not help with some funny stories from our teenage time simply because that kind of fun we lived behind the iron curtain could not be understand by your readers as...fun.
Anyhow, keep going, you do a very good job!
Florin

I am touched and flattered that you published this – more for my students than myself. And I am also very humbled by Cindy’s words, as it reflects my own experience. I hope that in some small way we are changing things for these girls. I was very encouraged by their essays. My hope is that someday it won’t even occur to anyone to give girls an “edge”... That it would be countered with “why would they need one?”

Ben,
Sandra is getting married this weekend so I will not be sending you to Lebanon!
Eman

I thought this was the month of love. Once again my heart has been broken.
Ben.

Hi Eman
Apologies for only getting back to you now.
We just had a baby, so I have been offline for a couple days.
I have been reading the content on CCIE Flyer and I do enjoy the content.
I would be honored if want to use my content for your readers.
Lastly please add me to you email list for CCIE-Flyer.
Take Care and Regards

Dear Eman,
Many thanks for making us updated offering the best links and useful materials. I appreciate your cooperation indeed in future.
Best Regards,

Great story sounds a lot like my life and my journey to my CCIE. Some people might not understand, but I do and I will take your story as my personal inspiration.
Thanks for sharing
Sounds interesting. I have been reading some of the stuff you have and it's interesting stuff. I would enjoy contributing. Let me know what you were thinking.
John

I want to thank you for your assistance yesterday. After weighing my options I decided to not “sell my cert”. It isn’t worth it. And stepping back and looking at it, it isn’t fair they would become silver partner with no effort, when other companies have to pay to train and take tests and struggle to get to silver. I again thank you for your input. It is good to know there are good people out there amongst these sharks.
Thanks Again

Awesome read!
Hi,
I read your article at: http://www.ccieflyer.com/2009-July-Paula-Pannuzzo.php and I found it so nice! I'd like to know how many CCIE women there are in Italy, do you have this information?
Ops, sorry I'm Serena and I took on 8th April 2009 CCIE Security Certification #24052
(http://www.linkedin.com/in/serenaramovecchi)
(http://www.netacadadvantage.com/afterNetAcad_serena.htm) that's why knowing about women like me is interesting to me!
Regards,
Serena

Hello!
Great articles and book altogether! I have a few questions. Is networkers / Cisco live only for CCIE's I don't know. I am not a full CCIE. I have just past the written voice and just attended voiceboot camp. Now I am studying and looking for an assignment.
Thanks!
David

great job !!
you have come a long way and your hard work has paid off
super job !!

Hi Eman
It’s very nice news
i wish you the best in your life
This certificate is not only for you, it is for all of Lebanon
Thank you very much
Hope to meet you
Best regard

Dear Eman,

I would just like to say a big big big thank you for your newsletter. It is really very touching, heartwarming, and sincere. It is the first time that someone has taken such a keen interest in women who have succeeded in their humble careers :) not only that, you have searched for women in the far end of the world too! In places forgotten, and rarely in the spotlight...and made their voices heard. You communicated a message so important, at least that is my opinion as a Lebanese: In my part of the world, in 3rd world countries, there are capable, successful, and professional women not only wars, religious struggles, and poverty. This is how great changes are born.

Again Thank you. you don't know how much you have touched the Lebanese IT Community with your gesture. I hope we can stay in touch and collaborate in the future on many projects. I am always ready to help and would love to meet you in person so whenever you are in this part of the world, come for a visit, you'd be surprised how beautiful our country and its peopple are.

Regards,
Sandra

Hey Eman...
You still around? Been in your country with my wife, we both loved... it was our first time there… We really loved it. California and all of those vineyards are excellent. Oh there was a Cisco-Live actually lol… Thought I’d catch you at the party for CCIEs, what happened? Tired of the geeks? There were so many, btw… lol
Let me know if you need anything for this month. Since u didn’t reply, I supposed u didn’t . This is a last check.
Cheers

Dear CCIE Father,
I'm calling you father, because you are the only one in the world who care about CCIEs and what they are facing troubles with scum companies. This case is repeated many times in Arab countries specially in UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Some companies in these countries are bringing CCIEs then keeping their passports as hostage till they sign "CCIE assigning contracts". and many more...

I recommend to ask Cisco for investigating more before providing partnerships to these companies.

Thank you again Eman for your salvation, I really respect you so much,

Hi,
I hope you had a safe trip to Johannesburg, South Africa. I would like to submit a new article I have been working on. It can be published in next months article. By the way, how do I subscribe to your online magazine?

Eman,

I guess I'm impressionable. You are clever indeed, but "But looming dark on the horizon was the winds of political strife that would lead to geeks collecting in one safe haven for decades." has that disturbing level of prolificacy that I am as familiar with as the pain and suffering that is required to appreciate the intelligence, wisdom, and truth that it speaks, as well as the understanding of the Medieval pain you have to absorb to write it, AND the balls it takes to write it. Let's be clear. You speak from my heart. I must as well as I am forever to be true to the truth, to Narbik, and hopefully one day, to you. I have been through a lot of shit.

I want to thank you for your kind words in class that day. It takes a lot to make my cry. Believe me. Acceptance is a bitch you know, but circumstance isn't about the situation, it's about your information. I have unfortunately lived me entire life at half-duplex with no one at the other end. I remember you saying in class that I didn't have to wait to be a CCIE to be accepting your help.

I just don't deserve it yet. You are a great man, and when I KNOW that Narbik feels that I am academically solid I will humble myself to you. Until then bread, water, and labs. And NO sleep. I am new to this, but I don't lay down. If we both live I will meet you one day and offer my services to you, as Narbik gave me to you. Until then, more suffering. I have to prepare because I come heavy or I don't come at all. Thank you for your time, the most precious gift there is. I will be CCIE or I will die trying.

Thank You,
Marc

Dear Mr. Emmanuel,
Good day to you, my name is Yap from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I have been following CCIE Flyer for couple of months now. Your articles provide very good insight about news and information on CCIE related. I am writing to inform you that I copy part of your article in March 2009 CCIE Flyer edition to my blog site, http://blog.trainpro.com.my/?cat=3

Please let me know if this is appropriate or infringe any of your copyright. The reason I am interested on this article because, Narbik is my instructor and I am inviting him to Kuala Lumpur for a bootcamp. I am now a CCIE and proud that Narbik is my instructor.

I will be following CCIE Flyer and keep the good articles coming.

Thank you,
Regards,
Yap

It was a great pleasure and honor into "bumping" about you in a web-site…
Then I got this link: http://www.ccieagent.com/ and boy !!
It is great knowing people like you out there who work tirelessly on our behalf.
Hope you meet with you one day.

Eman,
You made my day! I didn't know that I am one of the first 3 woman CCIEs. I am curious to how Cisco doesn't provide those details?
Thanks,
Barham

Hey man, I'd love to submit an article that doesn't have a real good home outside of a site like your's. I moved my only work machine from Windows XP to Ubuntu after passing my CCIE R&S. After over 6 months of running 8.04 I'd like to share the ups and downs of our particular job on Ubuntu versus Windows.
You interested? I have about 2/3 already written, but I stopped because it was getting long and I couldn't think of a place to post it.
Eman - you sound like Spiderman's editor in The Daily Bugle - hehe!
Here it is:
regards
mark

Where's the next piece? No time to pull back now. I hit the presses this weekend so if you want a regular Mentoring bit keep it coming it's a great vehicle to keep you visible!

Eman Great - thx - made it worth writing!

Fan mail for you Mark.

Mark,
I would just like to say excellent article > (http://www.ccieflyer.com/Dec2008-article-03.php). I am an aspiring CCIE in R&S. I can say that my motivation for pursuing the CCIE is well...it's really sort of hard to describe. I suppose the closest analogy would be like asking the mountaineer "so why would anyone, you want to climb Mt. Everest"? The best answer I could give them would be "because it's there". Now certainly there are the other benefits that come along with the journey, things such as maybe higher pay, more opportunities, etc... I know this for certain, that for myself probably the biggest reason for pursuing the CCIE is more confidence on the job and in knowing if I can climb Mt. Everest, I can climb anything!
Brandon

Greetings Eman -
I happened to stumble across a blog of yours while surfing the electronic highways they call the internet. Is there anything I need to do to join this community?
Thanks,
Steve - CCIE #22923

Hi Eman!
A great suprise to hear from you. I am a big fan of ccieagent.com and a regular reader.
For some reason I had never gone to ccieflyer.com but I see now that I will need to add that one also to my regular reading list. Yes, I am attempting to move along down the Cisco Certification path and maybe someday will even obtain my CCIE, good Lord willing and the creek don't rise. I doubt that I'd be able to find much time to try to come up with any content for the CCIE Flyer, but I'll keep it in mind and see how things go. Thanks for the email and the voice message. A great suprise to hear from you my friend.

Sincerely,
Doug
