Tips for IT professionals:
I would highly recommend completing formal education. Many people may argue that you do not need formal education to be successful in the IT field; however, formal education provides you with more options, creates more opportunities and many jobs require a bachelor's degree. Certifications are also great for many reasons including proving your expertise to your employer, learning through the preparation, and boosting your self-confidence and sense of achievement. Leadership skills, soft skills, project management, and business skills are great complements to IT professionals who are considering top positions.
