FREE CCIEs! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I am angry about a few things I have learned over the years and recently in the job placement market. It seems that some of the desperate who need a job are easy prey for a few unscrupulous companies out there that are taking their money. To start with if you are being victimized or targeted by anyone trying to take your money before you get a job let us all know who they are here in the CCIE Flyer.

I will publish their names!

There are recruiters who are working with employers in some countries to make the candidates pay for work. (India, China and Middle East to name a few) A recruiter will ask the candidate for a fee to win an interview with their client. The candidate will then pay the hiring manager to get selected for the job and so their first year’s salary is already partially spent before they even start working. The recruiter also receives a fee from the hiring company so there are three fees being paid, thus the recruiter is double dipping to inflate their revenues and two of the fees are being paid by the candidate. Any recruiter worth his salt will have the fees scheduled with the clients and not from the candidate.

Work Permits are being sold on some web sites.

On one such site after advertising their ability to get candidates a permit in the USA, they even go on carry a story about how all the 65,000 permits for 2010 in the USA were taken before January 1st 2010. Their fee is $3,000 and these companies are mostly located in countries outside of the ones they claim to be representing. Ask yourself this question. What is the chance that a company in the UK is going to have influence in the USA to get you a work permit in the USA? Look under the covers and if you are desperate for a job continue to turn to your network and enlarge that network because things are improving not just in the USA for CCIEs but elsewhere as well.

Twitter recently was a conduit for me having a tweet about buying lists of recruiters. Hello, someone is selling recruiter lists? Google the word recruiters in any field you are looking to find a job and call them or write them directly. A stupid list from someone else who already did this is not a good way to spend your money. This moron even tried to argue his point with me. He is preying on the desperation of the very people who need the most help. Save your money!

Yes recruiters do placements for a fee and yes the CCIE Agent™ does get paid for doing placements of CCIEs and other Channel Partner resources. But NO I don’t accept any fees from candidates. My fees are the lowest out there for contingency placements. I lowered them to help both the candidates and the clients. We are currently at 12% for a placement with a cap of $10k for any single placement. This is why we can be competitive in India (Yup we have placed there), Angola (yup there too), Libya (Several there), Greece (yup placements there as well), Canada (a bunch there), USA (many here), KSA (here too), and Interviews in these and other countries still going on today. We are still finding those companies that are hiring CCIEs and my next travels will have me in front of more Indian firms when I go to Singapore, In South Africa I will be visiting Cape Town in March, and in the USA; San jose, NYC, Chicago, Herndon, VA. In the summer I will be in Poland, Czech Republic, and Russia. This week I am presenting to several dozen German, Austrian and Swiss channel partners. To find work for CCIEs that’s why!

Yup, no fee, to help get y’all out of harm’s way.

Currently I have an agreement with my best friend at Cisco to release the numbers of CCIEs in war zones. On top of that I have offered up CCIEs from Pakistan and Afghanistan for placement with Channel Partners for free. I have spoken with many CCIEs from these two countries my heart goes out to them. I will make no money but it will help the 90 or so CCIEs in this bad situation. This activity will also build my network of CCIEs and Channel Partners, but I am willing to take the short term hit to get these gifted resources into circulation where their skills are sorely needed.

I am giving CCIEs away for free to channel partners that will provide visa sponsorships anywhere in the world. If you are interested in learning more give me a call or write to eman@ccieflyer.com.

Hang in there because, when the hour is darkest you can see the stars shine the brightest.
