A channel Partner in KSA is looking for project managers with the following skills.
Solid Technology Background with very strong (6+ years) project management skills. The right resource will be able to manage multiple critical projects with different stakeholder requirements and expectations. This PM must be able to manage critical programs with multiyear, multi project and multi dimensions. The selected candidate will have experience in defining scope and details with the clients. Capable of aligning the program/project with organizational objectives and customer needs with the ability to define the stake holders, their requirements for products and characteristics services. Heavy documentation skills are a must! Capable of documenting the project scope reflecting stakeholder needs and expectations and identifying clear rules and responsibilities. Certified in Project Management from a recognized project management organization (PMI, PRINCE2, etc.) Project Management Plan Development, monitoring and control covering scope management, time management, cost management, communications management, procurement management, risk management and response plan, change management, resources management, quality management, capable of developing a deliverable oriented plan and WBS with clearly identified milestones as the base for all planning activities. Must ensure continued Sponsor awareness and commitment to the project deliverables, risk Identification and management capabilities.

Several Channel Partners in Botswana have asked for my help in locating CCIEs to help in this emerging market. Cisco talent team members have asked for my assistance as the CCIE Agent to locate candidates since there is an aggressive push for success in this part of the world to provide the means to build the foundation of the information systems and communications architecture. So CCIEs for the channels there are in big demand. Specific skills would be core R&S, Security, Voice and Service Provider. The required resources will have a CCIE and experience in any of the above areas or those network engineers recently passed the written with a scheduled lab date.
A Channel Partner in Greece is looking for CCIEs and future CCIEs with Security skills focused on firewall solutions in the enterprise. The perfect candidate will have consulting experience, core skills in routing and switching as well as strong communication skills. Language requirements would include English as a first or second language and Greek or other European languages. Channel Partners in and around Chicago we are looking for a CCIE or equivalent experience with Route/Switch, Network Architecture, IP Telephony, Voice and Converged Communications, or Security. This Channel Partner is a Gold Partner is looking to add to its growing team. Candidates should have an education and/or background in Computer Science or Information Technology. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of practical experience working in IT, professional services, or customer support organizations with an emphasis on Cisco networking and EMC/VMWare products and some Microsoft infrastructure is a plus. Candidates should be a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas: Cisco internetworking (CCIE), Voice over IP, IP Contact Center, security, EMC and Microsoft infrastructure solutions. The lead consultants must possess strong interpersonal, business and technology skills that enable them to engage at the CxO and Director/Manager levels, as well as lead teams of consultants and clients. Ideal candidates will also be experienced in IT consulting with a holistic understanding of the IT operations within a business organization. Belgium and Luxembourg a major Channel Partner is seeking to enhance its key technical team with a number of highly motivated technical experts across the CCIE, CCVP, CCNA, CCSP spectrum. Fluency in French and English is a prerequisite for these roles, as is a strong customer orientation and the ability to operate independently within a fast-moving technical environment.

The right candidates will have experience in Enhancing team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, Teaching improved processes, Mentoring team members, supporting proof of concept efforts, identifying Cisco environment issues by installing evaluation equipment, developing and implementing checklists to determine client readiness, assisting in system analysis and preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. These roles require CCNP certification although CCIE is preferred. Skills sought commensurate with our present and emerging business direction include IP telephony networks, Security solutions, Wireless and network-management solutions and/or Routers, switches and gateways.
