T’was the Santa Pause season and all through the country

Most recruiters were making a fuss about money

Squeezing pumpkins with Ken I soon learned the score

Most companies were not hiring just IT anymore

With the CCIE Flyer leading the charge

Channel partner hiring was for CCIEs at large

The CCIE Agent with resumes in his pack

Looked like Saint Nick ‘cause he’s getting fat

Still jolly from all the attention he gets

Sent CCIEs to new homes with no regrets

Then the year 2009 shuffled close to an end

Cisco has found they have one real good friend

Eman is ready to lend CCIEs a hand

Even those who have not quite passed the lab can
