CCIE Flyer EXCLUSIVE
Narbik’s special brand of CCIE boot camp training is world renowned as the most effective and comprehensive of its kind. Paul Negron has also made a great name for himself as a boot camp instructor. He has co-authored books on certification instruction and continues to provide world class training to his students. Paul will be joining Micronics and Narbik to provide some of the industry’s best training. The price for these boot camps are already well below the industry standard for CCIE boot camps. The fact that they now contain the Cisco 360 Learning curriculum as well increases the value at these very low prices, but CCIE Flyer readers are being offered an even lower CCIE Flyer only discount. Sign up now and receive the special CCIE Flyer exclusive pricing we have been passing on to our readers.
Eman and Narbik joined forces in an original industry initiative;
as a team they will be providing career advice and planning to go along with the CCIE training. This soup-to-nuts solution will propel a new CCIE’s career to a new plateau. Eman can now negotiate group rates for YOU, Channel Partners, and groups of individuals who want to attend the CCIE boot camps together. With the combined industry knowledge these two possess, Narbik's students will be poised to capitalize on their CCIE investment.
Micronics is featuring Narbik Kocharians in India this October 12th – 16th, 2009 for one of his incredible weeklong classes. Click here for more details!
How to register
Simply send an email to danconde@ccieflyer.com and we will put you on the list for our big discount. These boot camps will feature not just the great instruction that Narbik has become known for but the latest version of his boot camp and the Cisco 360 Program materials.
Welcome to the August edition of the CCIE Flyer!

Eman and I are delighted to have the support and submissions from so many talented people. Yup, not all are CCIEs, some of them are actually in other lines of work. Even my wife found time to contribute this month. Thanx honey!
We have collected a few perspectives in this issue. We open with Eman's update on the CCIE Amnesty program, Bloggers, Hate, and how the economy may be healing. Last year we ran an entire issue on this topic. Those articles can still be found in the Back Issues section of the CCIE Flyer.
You will also find contributions from the our regulars such as the CareerDiva, Terry Slattery, and Nickelby Thane. Sandra Salame returns and we have an interview with Martin Voelk.
So sit back and enjoy.
Now on Facebook the CCIE Flyer Group. Thanks Nickleby!

When it is Dark you can see the Stars
One thing amazes me looking back now in the shadow of the monster that has loomed over us all. In the dark I was made aware of the stars. During the heavy pause in spending that I still feel was a product of media focus on the economy, I saw channel partners stepping out of the darkness looking for CCIEs. Like the stars that begin blinking in the dark of night I was made aware of these small and medium size companies still pushing ahead with money saving and business enhancing solutions that need to be implemented by CCIEs. Take me to this story...
CCIE Amnesty Update
The second month of the effort by Monica (my best friend at Cisco) and me we are hoping to spread the word even farther. There has been a lot of interest in this effort and some negative response from a couple of detractors, but the good work continues. Take me to this story...
Bloggers Gone Wild...
And just when you thought it was safe to go back into the blogosphere....an update. Take me to this story...
Hate
I have been around a long time and I swear I have never seen so much hate made so obvious. At least in the old days folks hated you and accepted it as the way it was. Now they want everybody else to hate you too! Take me to this story...

Interviews:
Martin Voelk
I have had the pleasure of knowing Martin Voelk as part of my CCIE network for a while. He has an interesting offering in his CCIE Hotline and I wanted to get a chance to interview him for our readers. As you know many CCIEs are independent business owners and often their concepts are very original. Martin has a great one. Take me to this story...
Terry Slattery
The Importance of Good Network Hygiene
Just as good personal hygiene is a prime contributor to personal health, good network hygiene is a major contributor to overall network health. Take me to this story...
Oleg Berzin
In the discussions of providing Voice and Video over IP packet data communications and
services we inevitably consider Quality of Service aspects of both the media and the network
behavior. From the media perspective factors such as packet rates and burstiness as well as the
tolerances to impairments are always considered. Take me to this story...
Career Diva
Secondhand rudeness also a workplace killer
I’ve heard endless stories about tyrannical bosses from hundreds of people over the years. It can do a number on your psyche and make your work life a living hell. Take me to this story...

Deb Conde
Hello, my name is Deb Conde. My husband, Dan, is the Webmaster of the CCIEFLYER, and Eman is my brother-in-law. Dan and I were recently discussing the current state of the economy and the fact that so many people are out of work. I relayed a story to him, that he encouraged me to share because it looks at the unemployment situation from a different perspective…mine. Take me to this story...
Sandra Salame
In my part of the world, and I guess in yours too, we are brought up with the weight of our future profession weighing heavily on our backs. From the moment we are conceived, our parents start eagerly drawing the life of whom and what we shall be. They picture us in important positions, surrounded by heaps of cash, to the extent that some of us are even born with a set predestination to be... Take me to this story...
Nickelby Thane
This leads me to talk about the current economy at least from my perspective on Malaysia which plays a major role in me ‘surviving’ for the next few months/years :-). Take me to this story...

Are you ready to be an instructor!!???
Take your time please, and then answer!!! Because it is very sensitive, important, and responsible job. But in my opinion it is not just a job; the teaching is a message reflected to the world in your students. Take me to this story...

We get that there’s a recession. But how can you not raise an employee’s salary when he’s defeating the point? When he’s getting you business when no one else can? Take me to this story...
