| MBO | Management By Objective - written document stating the expectations for performance rating to allow you to jump hire and run faster than your peers |
| Mercenary | CCIE that is jumping around for more money, even before projects are completed |
| Negotiations | The process of communicating and agreeing on offer details a bad one leads to bloodshed and a good on is the result of bloodshed |

| Offer | Salary offered verbally or the package an employer is presenting to entice a candidate to join their company usually follows a bloody negotiation |
| OSI Model | The question to ask a recruiter if he is having trouble spelling CCIE, "Do you know what the OSI model is?" |
| Ping | Like playing Marco Polo in a swimming pool while locating a device that uses an IP Address to see if the user really did turn the damn thing on or plug it in to the network |
