Take your time please, and then answer!!! Because it is very sensitive, important, and responsible job. But in my opinion it is not just a job; the teaching is a message reflected to the world in your students. So, if you are instructor, your real task (or job) is preparing your students to this wide world.
The first step to prepare your students that you believe what you teach to them, at this moment, be sure you can make them believe what they learn. Secondly, you make a lovely and friendly relation among you and them and make a social environment in your class. These will aid you a lot to deliver your knowledge and thought to them especially if you teach technical information like Cisco courses.
This is the 3rd year to me as a Cisco instructor in AAST Egypt; it is a regional Cisco academy. And how much I'm happy with this job. Although in the beginning I faced some problems. The biggest problems to me at this time; the student's questions :), and the first time you give a lecture. In these two situations especially at the beginning, you think many times before you talk any thing. But usually you become familiar with these situations.
The happiest moment I had in my work when I see one of my students achieve him/her self. Although I older than them by two or three years but I feel the parents feeling with their child. Now all of them are CCNA certified, most of them, CCNP certified intending to be CCIE certified to be your magazine reader. Wishing to them all happiness and success.
The last point I want to concentrate, the NETWORK field in Middle East. Because some people think that no network knowledge in this region. On the contrary, in Egypt as I live and work the IT field become the most interested field to men and women both.
